Web Watch: RNC says ‘Yes We Can’
With Sen. Barack Obama trying to appear like the Democratic nominee on a little trip the the U.S. capitol yesterday, and some brand new fireworks between him and Sen. John McCain, some might argue the general election campaign is on.
The Republican National Committee appears to be one of those groups rhetorically asking the question: Can we please now take the gloves off on Obama? They answer in the video below, quoting from Obama’s own catch phrase.
“Yes we can.”
Curiously: The RNC ad doesn’t make mention of the Rev. Jeremiah Wright. Anyone think they’re saving that one for later?

No doubt ones with any good sense have figured out that beating the Rev. Wright issue is like beating a dead horse. So far, that tactic has done nothing but hurt the Republicans, as it should. And, if they continue down the Rev. Wright path, it most certainly proves insanity, much like the Republican party error in cheering on and supporting the devastating Bush policies in Congress.
Only the truly sick hearted and ones so far removed from reality and understanding of the African American plight in the U.S. wants to keep pushing the Rev. Wright issue.
