THE PITCH: On the heels of Gov. Jay Nixon, 53, throwing out the first pitch at the Cardinal’s game last night, Fox newsie Greta Van Susteren, 54, will throw out the first pitch today.
Van Susteren hosts the Fox News Channel’s “On the Record,” and hosted the show from St. Louis last night. According to Fox PR lady Loren Hynes, Van Susteren, a native of Appleton, Wisc., is a “huge” baseball fan. Hynes said her show is the top cable news show at 9 p.m. in the Lou.
