Wrong time, wrong temp

TIME FOR TSK-TSK: Back in the chill of February, we alerted you that the time-and-temperature sign at the Commerce Bank outlet along Manchester Road in Manchester was stuck at a balmy 55 degrees. Now, in these uncertain days of autumn, the bank’s sign has settled on a permanent 44 degrees. Ouch! — especially when it’s really 60 and above. To add to the misinformation: As of late Sunday morning, the clock part of the time-temperature sign was still on daylight saving time.
