Take that back fat!
OK, I know I seem to spend a lot of time talking about shapewear dos and don’ts and shoulds and shouldn’ts, but I must say that I’m only responding to the industry. There is a heck of a lot of shapewear out there and it is just not all created equal. It’s all terribly interesting though.
Take Shapeez, www.shapeez.com, which introduced the Unbelievabra. It’s a bra/cami/torso slimmer all in one that sells for $85. Their newest product, The Shortee (pictured above) is a cropped version for $75. Why I like it? Back fat is not cute. The shortee is great if you’ve got some minor soft tissue issues around your back area. The longer version is better if you are battling muffin-top syndrome. And it’s all packaged into a unit with a bra that lifts and shapes, because let’s face it, we don’t want everything to be flattened. This would be great under a T-shirt or a fitted dress where you don’t want the lumps and bumps to show.
The only drawback I can see is wiggling into the darn thing. Is it me or does this look kinda snug (I know that’s the point, but I’m worried about working up a sweat putting this on). Then again, putting on Spanx generally has me huffing and puffing, but I suffer through it.

I know of a great solution for back fat…and muffin top…AND ARM FLAB! I love, love, love my Slimpressions. http://www.slimpressions.com To your point Debra, you want to step into these things but boy do they work!
Hi Debra. I want to add to what Amy said about Slimpressions. I love mine!!! I have tried several of the competitors and they are not nearly as comfortable. Slimpressions works for me. And…..there really is minimal roll up…which is one of my biggest pet peeves. Definitely check out Slimpressions. You’ll be hooked.
Does the fat just get pushed down and pop out at the bottom? I mean really, where does the fat go?
