OK, there’s a lot of talk about the woes and benefits of the big-breasted community, but what about the woman whose bosom isn’t exactly ample.

The small but mighty among us have been misunderstood and mocked for far too long.

So in honor of the women for whom bras are optional, but style is essential, today it’s Itty Bitty Bra day here on Deb’s Style File.
