St. Louis tomboy in Victoria’s Secret Angel Bootcamp
Ali Turner of Cape Girardeau won a spot in the Victoria’s Secret campaign leading up to the nationally televised December fashion show. She’s one of a 10 girls selected from tens of thousands who auditioned for a spot.
Our local vixen, who describes herself as a country tomboy and has the cute little twang in her voice to match, will be appearing in weekly webisodes from Angel Boot Camp on VSAllAccess.com and CBS.com.
You can watch a preview now to check out her competition on the Entertainment Tonight website. There are some giddy, scene-stealing girls in the foreground, but Ali makes a nice cameo.
Beginning on Monday, Nov. 9 at 2 p.m. CST, the public will be able vote on which contestant will win the chance to strut with the superstar “angels” we know and love, including Heidi Klum and Alessandra Ambrosio, at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show being broadcast on Dec. 1 on CBS.

A wayward soul from Las Vegas, Nevada, who now calls St. Louis home and believes that fashion is relative and capricious, but style is always in favor.
Go Ali!! Missouri is cheering for you! You are as beautiful on the inside as you are on the outside and REAL!!
