Miley Cyrus better in clothes

It’s nice to see the 16-year-old who made headlines last year for being photographed without clothes here on the red carpet in something charming, age appropriate and providing full coverage. The hair keeps her youthful and playful, but the dress is mature without being stuffy.
A wayward soul from Las Vegas, Nevada, who now calls St. Louis home and believes that fashion is relative and capricious, but style is always in favor. 
All that money and they still have done nothing about her teeth.
That and she stuck her tongue out, I don’t care if you are 16, your at a grown up event- act like it.
