The Friends of Kids with Cancer Fashion Show and Boutique will be take place Friday, October 24, at the Ritz-Carlton in Clayton.
The true stars of the show will be the models, who are the courageous kids currently in treatment for cancer.

The theme this year, “Touch the Heart of a Child,” and … “hope.”

For the first time, survivors will participate in the show and walk side by side with current patients. For anyone who wishes that more fashion shows featured, “real people,” it doesn’t get more real than this. Most people leave fashion shows wishing they were skinnier or had better shoes, but here’s an opportunity to leave and truly be inspired. What more special than seeing someone, especially a child, face a life-threatening situation with dignity and poise.

The evening will include shopping, an oral auction, a raffle, and a speech from one of the models. All proceeds will go to Friends of Kids with Cancer, a non-profit that works to enrich the daily lives of children battling cancer and their families in the St. Louis area.
