The first three shows have gone smooth and relatively on schedule and I’ve already spotted both Vogue’s Anna Wintour and St. Louis supermodel Karlie Kloss. Both at BCBG. Stay tuned for photos and video to be uploaded later. Wish me luck on the new technology.

It’s warm and the crowd is light, so lets hope the air conditioners are fully operational by the time the big crowds teem through the tents in the coming days. There’s always a grab bag of odd fashion sponsors and this go round it looks like M&Ms, OfficeMax and Havaianas have invested heavily. OfficeMax is giving away pricey rollerballs and bags of organizational folders and files. But some snotty fashionistas just made a stink about the fact that the products are not eco-friendly although they look very craftlike. She took the shopping bag of products anyway.

Havaianas is offering up special fashion week flip-flops again (this is their 3rd appearance in recent fashion weeks) and the shoes are more prized than Manolos when the fashionistas come to their senses.
