Poll: When do you exercise?
Some people swear they can’t exercise in the morning because they’re too sleepy and their hearts aren’t pumping hard enough and they need food and caffeine and, well, there are a lot of reasons that make perfect sense. Others claim they can’t exercise in the evening because all that oxygenation prevents them from falling asleep. That too sounds reasonable.
Ehow.com has come up with tips on How to Exercise Early in the Morning and last year, a contributor to Associated Content published five reasons Why Morning Exercise is Most Effective. Don’t know if those are true or not. Personally, I prefer exercising in the morning, but am a proponent of exercising any time of day. Find what works for you and stick with it. So, what does work for you?

I get my exercise in when I commute by bike. 20 minutes in the morning, 20 minutes at night and I feel great and don’t have to find time anywhere else to work out.
Since I had a sudden onset of Atrial Fibrillation in 2006 I have exercised everyday with few exceptions. I will work out at three am if it means fitting it in to my schedule!
