Did you know that a slice of apple pie at Denny’s Restaurant has 470 calories and 21 grams of fat? Or that a 150-pound person who cycles at a medium pace for 1 hour burns about 545 calories? I just stumbled on to WebMD’s Food-O-Meter and Fit-O-Meter, nifty charts and calculators that tell you how many calories you’re eating or burning with this food or that exercise.  Could be a valuable tool for those looking to drop a few pounds.
