Ruby! It’s you!
Are you a big fan of Ruby Gettinger, star of the Style Network’s sleeper hit, “Ruby?” Shake her hand and hug her at 10 a.m. Saturday at Kiener Plaza, Broadway and Market Street. St. Louis is the last stop on her five-city tour to bring attention to the obesity epidemic. She plans to lead a walk around Kiener Plaza to symbolize that every journey starts with a first step.
Her publicist, Domenic Morea, said the network scheduled four major cities, you know the big ones, New York, Los Angeles, yada, yada.
But Ruby asked for St. Louis because she has so many fans here who write letters telling of their plights with weight loss.

That show is a disaster!
I LOVE THIS SHOW! Ruby is such an inspiration to so many and I am so excited that she will be in St. Louis on Saturday! I can’t wait to meet that Southern belle at her walk!
My family walked wtih Ruby and she is a wonderful person. She took time for everyone. She took my 9 yr old sons hand and walked with him. He was so excited. She is the best and very insperational. I also would like to say you are a very good person you got out of your car to congratulate her and let her know you supported her even though you could not find a parking spot. Thank you
Ruby is the best. I walked with her on the 19th and got two hugs from her. I got to talk to her. I shared my story with her (I lost 177 lbs 9 years ago and struggle everyday to keep it off). She was very real with people. She is a absolute sweetheart
