First swine flu case reported by St. Louis Public Schools

St. Louis Public Schools reports that a Nance Elementary student has a confirmed case of the swine flu. The student has been absent since symptoms started and the school will not be closed.

Other schools that have reported swine flu cases include one at Fairway Elementary in Rockwood, two cases in the Fort Zumwalt district in St. Charles County and one at Pattonville High School in Maryland Heights. There are 23 confirmed cases in Missouri.
