The Best and Worst Breakfast Foods: You might be surprised

Women’s Health has compiled a rather extensive list of The Best and Worst Breakfast Foods. The list contains some surprises such as recommending Apple Jacks over Apple Cinnamon Cheerio’s. It also notes that Kashi Vive Toasted Graham & Vanilla cereal is a unique and healthful powerhouse that includes ginger and broccoli extract. Hmmmmm.
