Put down the Camels & be like smoke-less Joe
Five years ago, my friend and colleague Joe Holleman (a.k.a. Life Sherpa) decided to quit smoking. As a show of support, I wrote out a Chinese proverb for him, that he taped next to his desk. It reads: “Great souls have wills; Weak ones only wishes.”
Joe not only quit smoking, but he also lost more than 50 pounds and now regularly hikes between 7 and 10 miles.
As it turns out, Intromark Inc. has a patent pending on CIGBANZT, a set of cards that they claim, when placed over a pack of cigarettes, will help smokers cut down and even quit puffing their cancer sticks.
