Watching Johnny Carson might make you healthier
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Out of the U.K. comes some rather old news, but it is news worth repeating especially during these rather stressful times: Laughter is good for you. Research has shown that, among other things, laughing relieves stress, boosts your immune system and improves your social life.
With that in mind, here’s my offering for the day – video snippet of one of my favorite Johnny Carson moments, when he Myrtle Young, the potato chip lady. Enjoy.

When I read the headline “Watching Johnny Carson might make you healthier” I assumed it was because we would go back in a time machine and undo all of our past unhealthy mistakes while watching Carson.
