Poll: What’s your guilty pleasure? Fess up!
AOL Health and Women’s Day magazine have released a poll that shows fast food and chocolate consumption is on the rise despite the bombardment of health information.
The results
• 34 percent of women said chocolate would be the one food they would eat everyday if they would not gain weight.
• 41 percent confessed that they eat dinner in front of their televisions and 11 percent at the computer.
• 41 percent would give up drinking soda for a million dollars, while 35 percent would give up junk food.
• 48 percent of American women said their grocery cart selections would be applauded by nutritionists; 45 percent said they’d be ordered to put haolf back on the shelves.
• Chocolate and pizza split for what women would want to eat every day if they wouldn’t gain weight: 24 percent each.
• Rachael Ray beat out Martha Stewart as the celebrity most would want to take food shopping.
• Only 1 percent pay attention to their salt intake.
• 29 percent of women say they never eat fast food and 51 percent said only during road trips.
