Runners: “Get the Mental Edge” at an upcoming seminar
My fellow runners: Are you finding yourself in the midst of winter doldrums? Having a hard time getting yourself out the door to run 5 or 6 miles in the bitter cold? Have your once toned legs turned to mush? Sadly, all these apply to me.
Perhaps we should all get ourselves over to FLEET FEET in Chesterfield at 7p.m., Tuesday, March 10. Dr. Joe Lenac of Winning Edge Sports Psychology will speak about how to “Get the Mental Edge, by focusing on the mental side of endurance training and racing.
Topics will include: positive thought techniques, goal setting skills, basic confidence techniques, and positive performance evaluation. Please RSVP to Kristen at Fleet Feet as class size is limited.
