New York City was named the top city in the U.S. and Canada, while Udaipur, India, was named the world’s best.
Bushmans Kloff in the Cedar Mountains of South Africa is the No. 1 hotel in the world, while Bali is the best island.
Crystal Cruises is the top large-ship cruise line, and the Yachts of Seabourn is best for small lines.
The best international airlines is Singapore - it certainly has the best flight attendants - and the best domestic line is Virgin America.
Austin-Lehman Adventures is said to be the world’s best tour operator, and Sixt is the best car-rental agency.
And the world’s best destination spa was said to be Mii amo in Sedona, Ariz.
