Cam Janssen gets bogus charging call
Come on, let them hit! Geesh. Janssen is out there, trying to his job, and he gets whistled for charging. Can’t say that I saw the charging.
Is this any way to sell the sport?
The Blues did a nice job on the kill and even got a two-on-two rush at the end of it.
You’ve got to love how Lee Stempniak is playing tonight . . .

Jeff,
Yes, he was trying to do his job.
There were two other people on the ice doing theirs.
Cam left his feet and jumping into the hit - jumping into the hit is what resulted in the charging call. The referees made the correct call.
Got that one right but they did miss a couple of hooking and a tripping call that would have given the Blues several additional PP opportunities.
