No doubt, restaurant critic Joe Bonwich will motor to the new Triumph Grill, so we’ll leave the review up to him. But suffice it to say in terms of ambiance, price, creativity and quality, it’s the best new lunch spot I’ve tried in a long time. Get out the checkered flag; it’s a winner.

So let’s talk about happy hour, which runs Monday through Friday from 2 to 7 p.m. in the bar, Zundapp Bar and Alcyon Lounge. Get half-price appetizers, $6 pitchers of domestic beer, $2 bottles of domestic beer and $3 premium well drinks.

In addition to the regular happy hour, the restaurant offers more deals, depending on the day.

Monday: Buy any wine served by the glass and receive a bottle for the price of the glass. The deal is valid from 5 p.m. to close, and you must purchase two entrees.

Two-Wheel Tuesday: Get half price on Triumph Choice specialty drinks. Bring in your motorcycle helmet and receive a complimentary bowl of pretzels and chips. Deal runs 5 p.m. to close in the Augusta room.

Trivia Night Wednesday: Get special pricing on Wild Turkey drinks and free giveaways. Deal runs 5 p.m. until close.

Thursday: Get half-price chicken wings and onion rings. Natty Light is $1.50 for draft or $5 for a pitcher. Deal runs 5 p.m. to close.
