Wednesday wackiness: KFC might double down

While prepping for my Bird’s Eye View meeting (runs in Sunday’s paper), I like to surf for ideas. This morning I stumbled upon this nugget about KFC.
Tastes like…calories.
Looks like KFC is betting on a Double Down sandwich, opting for two chicken fillets instead of a bun. My arteries just cashed out, Colonel. But don’t let any of this discourage you from trying the Bucketizer, which allows you to splash your mug on the side of a virtual bucket.

No,no. The chicken is the bun. Cheese, bacon and Colonel’s Sauce is the meat.
Seriously….I like KFC as much as the next gal but this sounds gross! Does Dr. Oz know about this new item?
