Most of the movies were really good. “Cars”, “Nemo”, and “Incredibles” stand out from the rest. A good test? If I’m flipping channels and I catch one of these on, I’ll sit and watch it regardless of if my kids are around or not!

Up is outstanding even by PIXAR’s standards, or by anyone’s standards, I would say. It has the real laughs that you would expect, but it is also a genuine tearjerker. And it has a storyline, and writing, and direction, etc., that make it a truly great movie. If you have not seen it, check it out - see if you can hold back those tears during the first 10 minutes or so. Try it in the 3-d version while you are at it, it is breathtaking! If the Oscar folks allow it (do they?) I could see this as a contender for best film of 2009.

It’s very hard to decide because they are ALL SO GOOD! I haven’t seen UP or WALL-E yet, but I will soon. I’m the one vote for A Bug’s Life, but I could have voted for all of them.
