Big River opens 2nd store in St. Louis

The first running store within the city limits will open this week, when Big River Running Co. expands its operation to a second store at 5352 Devonshire Avenue. The project is especially dear to the heart of co-owner Ben Rosario, a city rat who grew up less than two miles from the store. I might have grown up even closer to the store than him, so I’m glad to see the neighborhood re-energized with a new business district.
Big River will host a group run every Monday from the store, near to Francis Park, and the store’s Sunday long run will include a South City run every third Sunday.
