Relatives of St. Louisan Colleen Casey, fans of Deena Kastor and running nerds can follow the women’s Olympic marathon trials live online at NBCSports.com at 7 a.m. April 20.
If you can’t drag yourself out of bed, you’ll be penalized in two ways. First, you’ll have to wait a week for MSNBC to broadcast a one-hour highlight show at 11 a.m. April 27. Second, you’ll have to listen to Al Trautwig on the highlights.
