Parkway Central runners Sisson, Robison finish in Foot Locker Top 40

Emily Sisson and Diane Robison, runners from Parkway Central, finished 29th and 36th, respectively in the Foot Locker Cross Country National Finals on Saturday in San Diego’s Balboa Park.

Sisson crossed the finishing line of the 5K in 18 minutes, 37 seconds. Robison trailed by just 17 seconds. A fine finish, considering both are juniors. The winners was Jordan Haway of Mission College Prep in Arroyo Grande, Calif., in 17:22.
