Dear Mr. Know It All,
It was two yrs to the day that I eneterd my first 1/2 Marathon, I never thought I would have finished. I did and caught the bug, Now Sunday’s event may have been raining and yes while we where all wet and soaked regardless of which event we participated in, I heard no complaints as everyones attitude and spirts where high. The volunteers along the course(s) where equally spirited and encouraged each one of us on to the finish. I was ill prepared for this 1/2, my training incomplete but you know as sore as I’m now I would not have traded it for anything, I had a blast. I want to send my congrats to each participants and volunteers for making it an enjoyable wet race.
