Get inspired by stories from St. Louis Race for the Cure
St. Louis Post-Dispatch
Our colleagues in Health Matters have done a bang-up job of preparing participants for the St. Louis Komen Race for the Cure on Saturday. If you need a reason to participate, check out the dozens of stories of why people participate in the race here. Cindy Billhartz Gregorian also has links to the official race site and to our race photo album.
The event is not so much a race as a victory salute, a chance for women who have beaten cancer, loved ones who have overcome or succumbed to it and those in the midst of the fight to gain strength from each other. Enjoy the walk or run. It should be a beautiful day.

A great run. Congratulations to everyone!
There are great exercises and activities to get you in shape for running on Holosfitness.com. The site is a free tool that has step-by-step instruction for an array of activities, including how to train for jogging and running events, even if you are a non-runner.
