Billiken 5K raises money for SLU Cancer Center

The St. Louis University Cancer Center and Billiken Athletics are hosting a 5K race at 7:30 a.m. Aug. 29, starting at Chaifetz Arena.

The course will traverse the campus and is an addition to the Welcome Week activities.

GO! St. Louis half-marathon is filled; online registration ends

Good news for organizers of the GO! St. Louis half-marathon: the race has reached its cap of 10,000 participants. It’s grown quite a bit from its inception in 2003, when just over 2,000 participated.
