Carter Snow takes first in Macklind Mile

Carter Snow of Big River Running took first in Big River’s Macklind Mile on the Fourth of July, finishing in 4 minutes 9.2 seconds. Brian Lyons, race director of the GO! St. Louis marathon, was second in 4:10.9.
