The personnel changes at the top levels of Anheuser-Busch continue in the wake of InBev’s takeover of the St. Louis brewer.
Effective this week, Robert J. Haire will serve as Anheuser-Busch’s controller. John Kelly, the company’s controller since 1996, will “continue in the employment of the company to assist in the integration of its financial systems with those of Anheuser-Busch InBev,” according to a regulatory filing. Haire, 53, previously worked as A-B’s assistant controller and director of corporate accounting and reporting.
