Carl Edwards revels with the Elvis trophy on Saturday after winning the Kroger 250 at Memphis. Edwards has quite the collection from Tennessee, with the guitars in Nashville and the Elvie deal in Memphis.

Twas an awesome day for a couple of members of the Missouri contingent in the Nationwide race at Memphis.

Columbia’s own Carl Edwards won the race, and trimmed Clint Bowyer’s lead in the points standings to 116 points with three races to go.

Think Edwards can catch him? I do.

Better still, Kenny Wallace of St. Louis crossed the finish line third in the U.S. Border Patrol Chevrolet. Awesome job, Kenny!
