Jeff Gordon will win Sunday in Martinsville
Time to make my picks for Sunday’s U-PICK’EM RACING CONTEST! on STLtoday.com. I’m going with points leader and pole sitter Jeff Gordon to take the checkered flag.
OK, I know, picking a front-runner ain’t exactly genetic engineering, but I think this is a good call because track position is so important at Martinsville, Gordon is one of the best-ever here and he’s hungry for a victory after going all of last season without a win.
Beyond that, the top 10 Sunday will reflect the qualifying rainout because track position is so important here, and the drivers starting at the front have a definite edge.
So, here’s my top 10.
