He may be the Most Popular Driver but he’s certainly not the Best.

They got rid of the wrong guy. The crew chief can’t make up for the drivers lack of talent. Jr. just tears up his rides.
Jr.’s had some of the BEST Equipment Money can buy.
Even guys like Kenny Wallace, Michael Waltrip and Steve Park had success in the DEI cars.
They made an entire team swap, cars, equipment and all when he was still at DEI and it still didn’t help. Look how many drivers have come into the series after Jr. and they are enjoying Great success some with more wins and some with more than double the amount of wins in less time. It’s like comparing Kyle Petty to Richard Petty.
