James wins second heat
ST. LOUIS POST-DISPATCH
Scott James was the second heat winner in the UMP SummerNationals at Tri-City Speedway Wednesday night. He was followed by points leader Kevin Weaver, Brian Birkhofer and Duane Chamberlain. Those four transferred to the 21-car feature.
Third heat is underway.
