Wal-Mart decision affects more than just the injured family

St. Louis Post-Dispatch

This didn’t affect only the Shank family. A precedent was set for all of the rest of us. Any of our employers can now sue us for any money we collect in a settlement to cover their expenses, medical or legal. Not only are all of the Wal-Mart employees in peril, but every American. I will never step in a Wal-Mart again.
