The Nader endorsement to come
Whe October rolls around and the Post has to endorse a third party candidate the readers will finally get to see the paper really does not take sides. The time for endorsements will be here and the Post can finally show all those conspiracy people they are wrong.
With Mr. Obama stating his Chritian faith will drive his policy obviously the Post can’t endorse him. With Mr. Obama agreeing that he would work with religious charities to help the poor (as Mr. Bush has tried) and saying let the states decide if they want capital punishment for sex crimes against children, what is an independent stallwart like the Post to do?
Since the paper has no hidden agenda I am sure Mr.Nader will gladly accept the endorsement. Now you can finally show those right wingers how wrong they are. I am already proud of the Post in advance. Right?

Looney….I guess I’m comparing the dreadful war-driven and economically impoverished Bush years with the prosperous and jubulent Clinton years…Hell, the only news item worth printing ten years ago was the political motivated “blue dress” that almost brought this country to it’s knees….I’m sure you were even tired of hearing about it.
No, wait….you still bring it up to defend Bush/Cheney.
My, what I wouldn’t give for those “blue dress” days.
D. Walker,
Why do you insert racism where none exists? Amazedbythelunacy only stated tha fact that most violent gun deaths take place in cities controlled by Democrats. If you’d like to see a true racist, look in a mirror.
Amazed-It’s not that I doubt you but can I see some sort of link to back up that claim?-from some NEUTRAL publication, if there is such a thing.
Amazedbythelunacy
Isn’t just amazing, how the libs twist what is said, and even inject color, where color wasn’t even mentioned? They are the only ones that bring in race, when race wasn’t even mentioned.
Garrison wants to go back to the 90′S, under Billy, so more terrorists can come in, and have another 9/11, Korea can have more sweetheart deals and receive more info for nukes, have Janet (Waco) Reno, and Madaline (give them everything) Albright, and BJ’s in the White House, by an intern. Yep those were the good ole years.
He also states, “Looney….I guess I’m comparing the dreadful war-driven and economically impoverished Bush years with the prosperous and jubulent Clinton years.”
Aren’t intrest rates lower now, than the Billy years? Isn’t unemployment lower now than the Billy year’s?
Garrison, please enlighten all of us, what prosperous and jubulent couple of HOUR’S, are you speaking of?????
Slam, you really need a graph or a chart that shows the high concentration of crime in our cities? Or the fact that nearly every city that has a violent gun problem is controlled by democratic leadership? Come on, you more intelligent and logical than that.
Looney….Where the crimes are committed isn’t a result of local enforcement or local politics. It has more to do with national policies, poverty and opportunity. I mention gun related deaths because it is a result of the pro-NRA, conservative gun lobby that influences the Republican party at a rate of $2 to $1. The only racism that is obvious to most Americans is that the availabilty of guns on our streets is a concerted effort on behalf of conservatives to eliminate a perceived problem…..You know, the so-called “pro-life” conservatives.
No need for ropes and trees anymore. We found something better.
JD. This link is for you. Please spend a few minutes educating yourself. It will compare the Clinton years with what we have now.

Mrs. Garrison
I will not go to your far left web site and get a bunch of lies.
Now you too, have injected race into what Amazed has said. Yep, twisting and adding words. You have learned well, on how to distort what people have said.
Why don’t you answer the question?
JD…The charts and graphs are from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Information the Bush White House controls through Labor Secretary Chao.
Didn’t think you really wanted to educate yourself. Continue to get your information from Looney and Rush.

PS…Looney injected race when he compared gun deaths in St. Louis County, which tends to vote Republican, and gun deaths in St. Louis City, which tends to vote Democratic. One need not be a sociologist to understand his inference…
Mrs. Garrison
You may be able to fool other liberals on those web sites, saying they are from “U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”. If it was the “U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics”, the url address would include .gov. I know there is a fool born every minute, and Mrs. Garrison, they are called liberals.
Forget statistics. Hell is a place that looks a lot like St. Louis. Dodge City rules should apply.
