Answering Billingsly’s questions for Obama supporters

With all due respect to Mr. Ric Stevenson, I’ll also respond to the “three questions.” I have a son in Afghanistan, and although I yearn for the time he comes home, I have personally seen the oppression Kurds have taken in Northern Iraq and the terror villages succumbed to under the Taliban in Afghanistan. You may not think they are better, but they are.

Obama as my small business partner is intriguing because he has all of the require connections to succeed in the Chicago community… After all, he arose from obscurity though the “rough and tumble” world of Chicago Aldermanic politics…. played his way through the world of Illinois “Pay “N” Play” politics to become………… someone who has missed a lot of votes in the Senate.

Would I vote for this individual if he were not black? To me, this is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard……….. Initially I liked Obama. His flip flopping is really troubling. We all know every candidate skews middle of the road during a general election……but when he does so, he betrays his party!   His hope is that dis-enfranchised republicans like me will sacrifice our vote to elect him.

Unfortunately, the Republican party has betrayed its roots and its belief. Stupidly, we race forward believing it is a race between ideologies……… Superficially, it is incredibly believable. The poor versus the rich………… the haves and the have nots………

To the detriment of all……….. the fight is carried on by only the one side…….. the rich. Let me ask you something. Who has more in common? Obama and me? or Obama and Ted Kennedy? Obama and Edwards? McCain……we don’t need any more of that Republican ideology. Hmmmm. Were you in the secret society at Yale? Oooops that’s this president, ostensibly this president-in-waiting isn’t involved in certain secret societies at Harvard. …

I’ve got other questions for President-to-Be Obama…… not just these three. I’m not saying I won’t vote for him, especially with the absurd Republican choice…… I really need more to assuage my conscience…….

Perhaps the 143 days the Obamamessiah has spent in the US Senate will convince you that he is truly The One

Of course the fact the John McCain was a bitter political enemy of Bush and now gives him hugs in public will convince Joe Cox that McCain is willing to do anything to get elected.

143 days in the Senate make you qualified for any lob.

Of course those that keep talking about 143 days do know how many days are required to be president. heck with the peoples choice once someone serves a certain number of days in the Senate they get to be President. Maybe we can change the constitution. Once you accumulate 20 days in the Senate you can trade them in for one day as Vice President or hold onto them and after 30 days you get to be President for one day. That makes sense if the number of days in the Senate are important.

Just remember one thing, Bush was governor for 8 years and that did not work out to good. He surrounded himself with people who had been in government for years, they did not work out to good.

Maybe it would have been a good idea to include Billingsly’s questions so others might have a clue what the writer was talking about, maybe the editors could have slipped in a link to it…anyway, here are the three questions:

If you had a son in the military, would you trust his life to Obama as commander-in-chief? Would you want Obama as a partner in your small business or as a co-worker to help you get a job done? Would you vote for Obama if he were not black?

They were meant for acolytes of the Chosen One, but allow me to answer them, even though I am not a convert.
1. No, but the question is stupid. My sons life is entrusted to the soldiers around him that actually care about him on a day to day basis.
2. From the looks of the community he organized and the lack of any improvement of his former senate district, not no but HELL NO. But if I wanted a partner to grease the skids, pay off who needed paying off and have the race card handy at the first sign of trouble, yes, I would want him as a partner.
3. Not Applicable, I am not voting for him anyway, but his bi-race has NOTHING to do with it (he’s 50% white, only 6% African American), his policies are why I am not voting for him.

But then anyone is better than you, so saying that Bush is better is not much of a stretch,

Art

You see that is what I mean about you. You cannot bring forth a valid argument about anything so you call people names.

For everyone else who reads this JD tried to connect Pelosi to a group of men that want to make it legal to have sex with boys. I find the thought sick.

However, I did what JD told everyone to do to find information connecting Pelosi to the organization as a supporter. I found that the information was in ultra right wing postings by ultra right wing people who want to ban a wide variety of shows on TV and I suspect books. Basically the connection between this organization and Pelosi was she marched in a gay rights parade in which this organization also was in the parade. They feel it shows he support. Also she supposedly talked to someone who they felt was in the organization even though it was never documented and this person never said that he was a member. However, despite the lack of evidence they said everyone knew this guy was in the organization.

I admit I only spent half an hour researching, but that is because no matter what you find Art and JD will not budge.

So you now know the kind of person Art is he is a small bitter person who can only throw insults at the people he dislikes and make accusations of them. Do not take this as an insult but rather an award that JD and Art oppose you.

Finally Art imagine how hurt I would be if I cared one bit for your opinion of me.
