Hillary Clinton: What she left out

Interesting that of all the proud things that Hillary Clinton claims to be to start her speech, “proud former first lady” or “proud wife of Bill Clinton” was not mentioned. Are we to assume she was not proud of these feats?

Why do you care? It’s of no importance to anyone. Stupid question.

Typical of a liberal commie democrat. Hillary is not proud of anything unless she did it. She probably isn’t proud to be an American either. She lies about all kinds of things including John McCain.

Lenny - Liberal, Communist and Democrat are three different political parties. It would be difficult to be a “liberal commie democrat” all at the same time. But then, you really don’t seem bright enough to understand the difference, much less the issues in this election. So, I guess adolescent name calling is all you are left with.

Ah, we hear from a new member of the “:axis of Ignorance” in these blogs!

I remember Lenny in the book, “Of Mice and Men,” and think this is just another plant by the GOP to rip on someone who is qualified to be President, sow mistrust and disinformation. The GOP candidate, John McCain is too ignorant to be President!

Do you suppose when Cindy McCain gives her speech next week, she will say she is a “proud adulteress” or “proud drug addict” or “proud felon who stole drugs from her own charity”?

Brian, you are using a nonsense argument. Using your methodology, one could assume something about anyone based on anything. For instance, are we to assume you’re proud of the Clintons?

I noticed the same thing and thought it was odd that she at least didn’t mention being the former first lady, if not at least a proud wife of Bill.

It could be that she wanted to make a plea to her female voters and used references she thought would build more credibility with that group. Since she talked a lot about her experience as First Lady in the primaries I would guess that she is proud of that achievement. Can’t speak for her pride in Bill. He certainly didn’t do her any favors during the primaries.

Oh great, Lisa and Tim are back spewing the same stupid crap. Can you guys find some new material that actually has something to do with the post? You are the two most monotonous people that have ever existed. Don’t you have any original thoughts in your empty heads?
Hogan - for a guy in who was hot over Edwards, you have absolutely no room to talk about McCain. I am still waiting for your apology over being right about what a tool Edwards is.
Hillary will no doubt be voting for McCain. She’ll be back in 2012!

Mr. Brinkmeyer,

As you did not categorically deny it in your post, are we to assume that you rinse your hair in clam broth?

that’s idiotic. it’s completely illrelevant to her point. Being a first lady isn’t something that she personally accomplished. Because of HER HUSBAND she became the first lady. She gave her support, however Hilary’s an independent woman. She has her own life outside Bill.

If the ditto-head neocons had listened to her entire speech instead of looking at her hair and criticizing the color of her dress, they would have heard her say how proud she was of husband’s presidential accomplishments as compared to our current AA dyslexic college cheerleader.

Hillary was real proud her hubby received BJ’s in the white house. Thats about the only thing he accomplished.
