Does Bush have no shame?

St. Louis Post-Dispatch

George W. Bush has quietly and drastically weakened the limitations on lead emissions into the air at industrial plants: “Bush Weakened Rules on Lead”, P-D Nov. 14, page A2. Bush has allowed for the poisoning of little children so that the profits of cement plants, lead smelters, steel mills and other factories can be increased. Even low levels of lead in young children have been linked to aggression, learning disabilities and criminal behavior later in life.

Does George W. Bush have no shame? Bush has done nothing right. George W. Bush is undoubtedly the Worst President in the history of the United States of America. Did you ever vote for him?

Oh Mr. Reeves, how dare you call the president to task here?

This is what passes for what Bush would call the newest provision of ‘The Clean Air Act’.

Now, let’s sit back and see the Usual Suspect jump to his defense, and if
it’s an above day for them to make unkowingly ironic comments, they might even ask ‘WHY Do Your Lungs Hate American Air’…

This reminds me of the debate 7 1/2 years ago when the Dems screamed about Bush wanting to poison the nation’s children with arsenic. Late in his second term, Clinton ordered that arsenic limits be reduced from 50 ppb to 10 ppb within 1 year, knowing that this could not be done. When Pres Bush suspended this undoable rule that even Ralph Nader called “a trap laid for George Bush” the Dems accused Bush of murder, just like Dick is doing here. Tom Daschle specifically said “Under FDR all we had to fear was fear itself. Now, we have to fear arsenic in our drinking water.” the Dems even took out advertisements showing a small girl holding up a glass of water and asking, “May I please have some more arsenic in my water mommy?”

But it turns out that in October 2000 (while Clinton was still President), Daschle and 18 other Dems voted to give the EPA an additional 6 months to revise the standards for arsenic in drinking water! They voted to do the same thing that they ripped Bush for!! Tom Daschle and 18 of his fellow Dems voted to poison children with arsenic-laden drinking water! If only we had an accounting of all the children who died, developed cancer or neurological problems because Tom Daschle and 18 Dems wanted them poisoned with arsenic!!

The previous letter asks if life can go on now that the election is over, but Dick’s letter proves that hatred and demagogery live on!!

Come now Dick, aren’t you being a little dramatic talking about poisoned children? Aren’t more children dying from the UN spending $23,000,000.00 in aid money on artwork?

Dick Reeves:

“Even low levels of lead in young children have been linked to aggression, learning disabilities and criminal behavior later in life.”

Bush was wrong to weaken lead emissions into the air because of the definite links to aggression, learning disabilities and criminal behavior later in life. Because of this, we can look forward to more Democratic control of our political institutions and a geometric extrapolation of Loopy whining both in the print and internet versions of the Post-Dispatch.

Using the logic of Dick, we can point out how Michelle Obamamessiah voted to give cancer to minority girls in Chicago.

From the New York Times, that bastion of right-wing lies:

“She also altered the hospital’s research agenda. When the human papillomavirus vaccine, which can prevent cervical cancer, became available, researchers proposed approaching local school principals about enlisting black teenage girls as research subjects.
Mrs. Obama stopped that. The prospect of white doctors performing a trial with black teenage girls summoned the specter of the Tuskegee syphilis experiment of the mid-20th century, when white doctors let hundreds of black men go untreated to study the disease.
“She’ll talk about the elephant in the room,” said Susan Sher, her boss at the hospital, where Mrs. Obama is on leave from her more-than-$300,000-a-year job.”

Amazing!! Michelle Obamamessiah voted to give cancer to teenage minority girls!! And why? She cited the Tuskegee experiment!! Even more amazing, the Tuskegee experiment is the same justification Rev Jerimiah Wright used to tell his loyal flock that AIDS was invented by the US government to kill black people!! So Michelle Obamamessiah supported giving African-American teenge girls cancer, and echoed Jerimiah Wright in doing so. How many of these girls will die of cancer because of Michelle Obamamessiah’s/Jerimiah Wright’s racial views?

Does she have no shame?

Hope you don’t mind an Irishman putting in his two cents worth.

I thought you Yanks had some cop on. To elect Bush once was careless, twice downright unforgivable
