Last time I checked, Hawaii was a state in the Union. The fact that there are family members in the Old Country is perhaps quaint, but hardly unusual. That they would celebrate in their own way is, again, their way.

He’s not Muslim. But, so what if he was? It doesn’t appear anywhere in the Constitution that non-Christians are forbidden high office in this country. In fact, there is a contrary clause…something about there shall be NO religious test for office.

I would add the caveat that the name should be changed to “Generic MO Haters/Republican”.
