I don’t think our children will enjoy the same freedom we’ve had
I recently listened to a good portion of Obama’s Cairo speech along with some commentaries on it. My comments are not actually for Liberal Democrats, because they are pure lemmings, and are essentially beyond all hope short of an act of God. No, my comments are actually for the conservative right, and more importantly for the middle ground folks that can see a bit of good in everything regardless of what it is.
”The man” in the Cairo speech talked up the religion of Islam like it was the best thing since sliced bread, and apologized more than once for this nation “democracy”. I have reservation about our democracy myself, but I certainly wouldn’t prefer a Muslim theocracy to any kind to the “democracy” we have. Obama went on to say that he intended to give special breaks to American Muslims so they could meet the charitable quotas that are dictated by the Qaran. Muslims represent about 1.5% of the population of this country, and they will be getting a tax break that no one else gets. He went on to say that American Muslims would have laws protecting them so they worship as they please. They pray a few times each day wherever they are on their portable prayer rug. Christians can’t pray in school, or mention the name of Jesus Christ let alone drop for a while to face the east for some rug time. I don’t remember a minority doing this well in the past.
The Cairo speech placed more distance between the US and Israel. Obama is intent on having an independent Palestine, and an integrated Israel. An extreme liberal democrat asked me recently if I thought Obama was the anti-Christ. The woman has less brain than a head of lettuce, but incredibly people listen to her, I don’t know why? I told her, “I don’t know that he is.” I could see this comment of mine left her crestfallen. She must have wanted to fight about that. At any rate I did go on to say that Obama was doing a great job of setting up a nice introductory platform for the Anti-Christ with the things that he was doing. Her eyes got wide, when I said that about her “man”, and I told her that it was my understanding that the Anti-Christ would be European (Old Roman Empire). Obama may not have been born in America, but I am certain he wasn’t born in Europe.
99.9% of the population cannot absorb that level of additional debt load. The interest on the loans (oh yes, we owe China and a number of others this money) even at a modest 4% simple interest is a whopping .04(18 trillion) annually = 720,000,000,000 = 720 billion a year in interest each year. By now you are getting the picture. This nation will be bankrupt shortly. The “4-sale” sign is in the front yard, but the owners haven’t been told yet (the people).
I have spoken to folks, but they think I am being to pessimistic. The national debt is 11.5 billion now as I write this. Take the 11.5/18 = 64%. What I am saying to you is that the final devastation I explained above is 64% done. In no time at all it will be complete. In truth, if this economic disaster were to turn around today (not tomorrow, today) there might me a chance our grandchildren (definitely not our children) might get out from under this. In three years when the numbers should be complete; I don’t believe we will ever have a lineage that will ever enjoy the freedom we have had, let alone the freedoms that our ancestors aspired for this nation.

You will notice that debunk will make fun of everyone, he considers that a high level of intelligence.
In the rare occasion that he offers an opinion, if you disagree he eventually claims that you are just arguing in circles and quits. At that point he evidently feels that he is the winner. Evidently the first to quit wins in his mind.
The bottom line is that you are suppose to agree with him or else you are being juvenile. The guy has an ego problem.
So you are not to argue with him or else he starts making fun of you and argues that you are impaired.
If you notice the majority of his postings he gives no reason but rather tries to make fun of people. The guy is a loser.
Doubting
Thanks for confirming about you what I had been thinking about you. You can justify anything that a conservative says, but let a liberal say the same and it is awful. It took me awhile to confirm that.
Even when he confirms that my opinion of what he was saying was true you still deny.
Yep your open minded. You want liberals to listen but then you prove yourself incapable of admitting that what a conservative posts even comes close to violating your standards.
I realize there are Liberals that go to far on this site and I believe most Liberals realize the same. However, conservatives can see the Liberals going to far and their name calling but close their eyes to the same actions by the conservatives.
At one time I was one of the uncommitted. To be honest I came down on the Conservative side more than the Liberal. However, as time went on there were more and more conservatives that basically told me that I had to believe in what they believed and exactly what they believed. As a result I moved to the liberal side.

Thanks Bob. I’m gathering that about dr debunk. I’m giving him the chance to debunk things, and he’s not taking it, so I guess even his name is a lie. Why can’t he debunk what I’ve said? Is he not smart enough? Does he not believe what he’s saying himself? Is he too much of a coward to actually engage in a grown up debate? Kind of looks that way.

Sorry, let me change my previous post to VERY conservative. I am not a Liberal, more of a “middle of the road” type of guy (ie. I never agreed with any bailouts, even when Bush was giving them out!).
I don’t care much for the extremes of either end, but if I had to choose liberals scare me less than very conservative Christians.
What’s even better is the racist conservative that assumed my black friends’ children live in the city of St. Louis! They actually attend a private school in New Orleans. I was amazed at the racism in this city when I moved from New Orleans.
Even if they attended public schools in St. Louis, they would still enjoy more freedom than their grandparents.

I do not believe that debunk (who is a quack and not a doctor) is incapable of making a reasonable argument. On another thread I caught him contradicting himself, which in his mind I am just twisting his words. You will notice that he uses a seldom used word then often will add the dictionary definition. I believe that he believes that shows that he is superior and by using such words he has made an argument. In reality he appears to be feeding a fragile ego that cannot except that he is wrong.
These sights are for exchange of arguments, he cannot stand a protracted argument and his ego collapses if you do not quickly agree with him.

I agree with you. Has I noted to Doubting I was middle of the road at one time and actually sided with conservatives more than liberals. Over time though the conservatives became the political thought that said that you have to agree with me or you have to be wrong. Not only did I have to agree but I had to agree verbatim. So I moved to the Liberal side. The liberals have those that say the same but on the whole they do not ask you to march in lock step with them.
As the original letter writer on this thread noted the people he wanted were only Christian and Conservative. You must be both by the way he worded his letter. I suspect he would also like you to be white.
I am white but have dated black women. At times we would have DWB problems with the law enforcement, “Driving With Black”. One time an officer in Jefferson county stopped right in front of us in a classic T, He never got out of his car but shined his spot light on us for a good two minutes before driving off.
