La-la-la-la-la. I can’t hear you.

I want to thank Mr.Linck for his 9/9 letter to the Post explaining his pledge to keep from hearing new ideas, and that of most Obama haters, by declaring that “President Obama’s ….words will once again fall on deaf ears”!

Bravo to Mr. Linck for admitting that he and the rest of his republican stalwarts refuse to listen to the common sense ideas that President Obama offers by evidently putting their fingers in their ears and chanting LALALALA loudly until he’s done speaking.

What a marvelously adult way to form one’s political views!

They have never wanted to be partners in the historic reform that Obama will eventually sign.
It’s been obvious for months that the Republicans are driven to defeat Obama and don’t care what happens to our healthcare premiums or the quality of healthcare in the USA.
.
Sad, but true.
.
Just ask their poster boy Joe Wilson who, was forced by the Republican leadership to apologize to President Obama for the childish shout out last night during the President’s speech.

Oh please, give me a break! At least one Congressman had guts enough to call Obama what he is! I dont recall this outrage when Democrats booed President Bush, but we know that it differs when its Democrats who are responsible.

The reason the Republicans are not the minority is because of their lame behavior. Kudos to Wilson!

Hey, what do you libs think of those Baltimore Acorn workers? Let the excuses begin!

I find it funny that less than super dave is supporting Wilson and his outburst. Evidently outside less than supers little circle there is no support. The reports I have seen show that the Republicans in Congress do not support him, neither do those in his own district.

He speaks of Bush being Booed. I do not know who set the standards but evidently that is acceptable, just like the Republicans who hissed at Clinton.

Such actions have hurt the conservative movement more than he thinks. It will only push the moderates and independents further away from their point of view.

Boob, it all means nothing anyway. In the scope of things I really dont give a rats butt. I keep my concerns on the Socialist President and his communist friends, which obviously is ok with you!

Bob, I have only heard or seen people upset at Wilson’s timing, not his message. His message was 100% correct! Obama LIED!

Typical liberal response anyway. Let kill the messenger but lets ignore the message. Obama lied, and thats nothing new. Wilson was correct no matter how you look at it. Too bad the truth isnt important anymore!

Si

What he said will go well with the conservatives, so in that sense you are correct. However, moderates and independents that are tired with the behavior of both sides saw him being called out by his own party and is another step in them being turned off to their message.

I have not seen much news today. What I have seen seems to support the idea that those that have no strong feelings concerning Obama have been turned off by the action and questions the message.

Less than super…

Since he was silent until the talk about the illegals are covered, then point to the place in the legislation that says they will be covered.

According to fact check Wilson was wrong.

Is reading comprehension that tough for your side.

“There’s no provision for how the prohibition would be enforced, or any requirement for people to prove they are citizens or legal residents before getting health care benefits. In fact, Democrats on the Energy and Commerce and Ways and Means committees defeated Republican-offered amendments that would have required people to verify their legal status before getting care, with some Democrats saying such requirements would be unnecessarily burdensome for people legally entitled to coverage. Wilson cited the defeat of those two amendments Thursday when he discussed his outburst with reporters.”

Now, try reading the very article you gave me. Even you arent that incompetent to believe that it’s what NOT in the bill.

Please try using some common sense this time!

Bob, point out to us where in HR 3200 there is an enforcement mechanism to actually prevent illegals from being covered?

If they wont be covered, why are senate dems now closing the loophole?
