Using fear to divide and conquer
History has taught me that fear-mongering has always been the most effective weapon in dividing and conquering. That is why I believe the last Bible that God inspired man to write is the Constitution of the United States. God needed a Nation with an open minded, common sense Society as an example for the rest of his Earth. History has proven that the once United States was that Nation up through the Second World. Ever since that our leaders have been defying that Constitution. The Korean, Vietnam and Iraq Wars were disasters for the Nation that had become the most Respected and leading lending Nation ever.
Common sense tells me that ever since both political parties started using fear-mongering to divide us into the red and blue States we have been working our way back into the Dark Ages. Corporate America was completely deregulated leaving us at their mercy. Common sense tells me that we are exactly were our Government has been leading us ever since. Fear mongering will kill any chance of getting affordable health care. In America, We the People are supposed to be in charge. For sake of my Children and Grand Children I have to believe that God ordained President Obama to be our President.

Wow, Ray, you sure touch on a lot of points. If you’re right about God inspiring both Bible and Constitution, it is worth noting that both have been edited, revised, and corrupted over time. However it was long before WWII that we began chipping away at the constitution. As for President Obama, although I doubt divine intervention in the election, I hope he accomplishes enough to earn the respect of our children and grandchildren. Prior to the election I predicted that whether Obama or McCain won, at the end of 4 years there would still be no meaningful health care reform, we’d still be in Afghanistan, and nothing that needs fixing would be fixed. Time will tell.
