Looks like Verizon has more released details on the new touch-screen Blackberry Storm.
The phone’s pricing ($199, with rebate and a two-year contract) puts it in line with other touch-screen competitors like the iPhone. The phone will be available on Nov. 21.
I recently picked up a Blackberry Curve as my smartphone, having never been a big fan of touch screens. I have to admit I’m a little intrigued by the “clickable” touch screen on this one. The screen is built on a spring base, so that you actually get the tactile sensation of pushing a button.
I wonder. Is this just a gimmick that’ll get old after a while? Or am I going to regret not waiting for this new phone to hit the market.
