No surgery needed for St. Louis Blues center Andy McDonald
The Blues have just announced that center Andy McDonald will not need surgery on his broken left ankle. An MRI taken on Monday revealed no further ligament damage.
McDonald was injured in the first period of Sunday’s 3-2 shootout loss to Montreal. He’s expected to miss at least 8 weeks.
