St. Louis Blues forward Paul Kariya to undergo hip surgery
The Blues will announce shortly that Paul Kariya has a torn muscle in his hip and will miss significant time, possibly the remainder of the season.

The labrum is not a muscle, it is cartilage, and this type of injury could end his career. Bad news…hope for the best!
