Blues are one forward short at practice

There are 11 forwards on the ice this morning, after the loss of T.J. Oshie (appendecotomy) and D.J. King (hand/wrist).
The Blues are expected to call up either Yan Stastny or Derek Armstrong.

Blues send four players to Peoria, one back to juniors

 

The Blues have reassigned defensemen Bryce Lampman,and Danny Richmond and forwards Brett Sonne and Lars Eller to Peoria and have shipped Jake Allen back to his junior team in Montreal.

That brings the Blues’ roster to 40 players.

Blues goalie Manny Legace headed back to St. Louis

 

Goalie Manny Legace has been diagnosed with a mild concussion and is flying back to St. Louis today. With concussions, players are forced to go on IR for seven days, so the Blues will be without Legace for the next week.
