Look at Wagner jumping up to the first pairing…….Murray must like what he is seeing out of that kid……because Murray does not reward people for no reason…….not even for preseason
Overkill much? If we lose, that’ll be a hit to the morale.
if you lose… wow. i hope for your sake that you dont. have you seen the line-up we’re sending down there?
here’s the Wild lineup for tonight:
Forwards: Brodziak, DiSalvatore, Gillies, Hilbert, Irmen, Kalus, Kassian, Milroy, Pouliot, Sheppard, Smith, Weller
Defensemen: Falk, Fraser, Hnidy, Noreau, Scandella, Scott, Zanon
Goalies: Khudobin, Hackett
I’m sure the Blues will be dressing the junior lineup against the Wild’s starters when they play in Minnesota. What are the chances we see Cam and Weller go tonight?
I hope we see McCrae get at least one game in. He has looked good in camp so far IMO. It’s strange that he broke up the Peluso - Sonne - Palushaj line for this game. Maybe Palushaj will get into all three games and be given maximum opportunity to show what he’s got.
WOW! The battle of David (MIN) and Goliath (STL) tonight in Missouri! There is never more fun that seeing two completely opposite philosophies in motion colliding. A pretty much rookie-laden Wild team will take the ice tonight against what could be a Blues starting line-up. In football, this would be the Wild versus the 1980’s Nebraska Cornhuskers.
I’m getting some popcorn and a combat lifesaver kit ready…
Remember the Blues have to send out some stronger line ups because their season starts sooner so I’m not thinking were going to see a line up like Minnesota’s from Andy Murray during the preseason.
Why should the Blues start the preseason with a bunch of rookies? They have players that missed a lot of games with injuries and other players that will have different line mates. Better to let them get some real game time together when it doesn’t count then waiting for the Detroit games.
Oh, boy. But once in ablue moon David overcomes Goliath.
Colonel: This would be like the 1980s’ ‘Huskers vs. the Minnesota Gophers in football. Oh, yeah, wait, that did happen…83-14in 1983 at the Metrodome. No, it won’t be THAt bad tonight.
Jeremy Rutherford: Can anyone in the Blues’ organization explain why they haven’t announced the FSMidwest TV schedule for the Blues as of yet?
