The death toll and list of missing people from this weekends cyclone and associated storm surge in Myanmar has surges to 22,000 dead, and at least 41,000 missing.  Scenes of widespread destruction are emerging from this low-lying Bay of Bengal nation, and the scope of this disaster unfolds.
